YesSoftware Forms Strategic Alliance with InMotion Systems and UltraApps

Companies to Create New Open Source ASP.NET Business Applications,
YesSoftware Takes Equity Stake in Both Companies

Las Vegas, Nevada ? October 31, 2007 - YesSoftware today announced that it will support InMotion Systems? open source ASP.NET application framework in its Web development and reporting tool CodeCharge Studio and bundle UltraApps? popular open source Web applications with CodeCharge Studio. Additionally, YesSoftware will invest $500,000 into both companies and work with each company to develop new technologies and software for the mid-enterprise market.

One of the key initiatives is the support for InMotion Framework within YesSoftware?s rapid Web application development and reporting tool CodeCharge Studio. The InMotion?s application framework will be available as an alternative to the code generation engine of CodeCharge Studio. This will allow CodeCharge Studio to be used by ASP.NET developers as an application generator rather than a code generator and enable them to have greater control of their code. The resulting Web applications will be clearly structured and component driven, providing developers the ability to use Microsoft Visual Studio for further maintenance and development. Additionally, the open source InMotion Framework will be updated by the development community, making more frequent updates to CodeCharge Studio and Visual Studio users available. The InMotion Framework is available for download at http://code.google.com/p/inmotion-framework/.

?We are pleased to partner with YesSoftware and believe the relationship will allow InMotion to continue to innovate and grow, while providing us with the fastest path to market for upcoming products,? said Nickolay Tsvyatkov, Chief Architect, InMotion Systems. ?Improving the Web development experience is of paramount importance to all three companies involved, and by working together we?ll be able to deliver tools and applications to our customers that encompass power and functionality of the latest technologies.?

The partnership with UltraApps will allow YesSoftware to distribute and bundle UltraApps applications with CodeCharge Studio. UltraApps? popular open source Web applications include the Issue Manager for online task and defect management and a Web based calendar system known as VCalendar. Both UltraApps applications were created using CodeCharge Studio and the new ASP.NET versions of the products will be based on the open source InMotion Framework.

"YesSoftware always strives to address the evolving needs of Web application developers,? said Konrad Musial, CEO, YesSoftware. ?The partnerships with InMotion and UltraApps will help us deliver a more complete offering to our customers and cultivate innovative technologies to expand our range of products. Supporting InMotions? open source framework and adding UltraApps? Web applications to CodeCharge Studio will further speed the Web development process and provide better value to our customers."

Furthermore, by investing in both companies YesSoftware will sponsor the development of new open source business and e-commerce Web applications based on the ASP.NET InMotion Framework and CodeCharge Studio.
